(1) Please note: the documents have been revised to reflect:

A correct Dated/Delivery Date of 3/29/19

An updated maturity schedule: The 2019 maturity has been removed entirely and the 2020 maturity has been increased accordingly, by $5,000.

Equal or Ascending YTMs required for Bonds maturing on/after 9/1/27 (was previously 9/1/26)

(2) Standard & Poor's has assigned an A (stable outlook)(underlying) rating to the Bonds.

(3) In accordance with the "Municipal Bond Insurance and Credit Rating" section of the Invitation to Bid for the Bonds, bidders only have the option to bid for the Bonds without insurance, or with insurance from one of the following insurers at the respective premiums:
